The exhibition also has showed big cups of airag or kumis, a spoon made of deer’s horn, a milk bucket made of red sandalwood, and skin-bag for holding airag. These items are still used in nomadic families in Mongolia.
The exhibition shows many horse-seal makers as well. Ancient people began to use the seal-maker when they utilized iron. According to a historical fact, ancient dynasties used the horse-seal 2000 years BCE. At that time, ordinary people were banned to use the thing, but they could ask their dignitaries for using it when horses reached a specific number.
Since the people’s revolution, all people in all stratum were allowed to use horse-seals. So, the exhibition aimed to show an ancient culture of Mongolians.
