The election campaign is underway
The election campaign officially launched on June 11th shall be terminated on the 27th of June or two days prior to the polling day. There are totally 498 candidates from 12 political parties, 3 coalitions and independent candidates running for the upcoming 2016 parliamentary elections.
The ASEM meeting on food security launches
The ASEM meeting on food security began on June 20 in Ulaanbaatar. The meeting is focused on three main topics-the food industry, the food safety and the nutrition.
The new center to be established for disabled children
The National center for children with disabilities will be built with grant aid from the Government of the People’s Republic of China. A total of 30 million US dollars will be spent on the construction of the center.
Mongolia to join Asian road network
The government has backed the draft intergovernmental agreement on “Performing International transport operations through Asian Road Network” to be concluded between the Governments of Mongolia, Russian Federation and China.
