The Autumn plenary session of the Great State Khural or Mongolian parliament began today during which members of parliament are going to discuss 26 issues.
Draft on the state budget for 2016 budget and a draft resolution on approving the basic guidelines for monetary policy for the same year are the priority issues.
Besides that, amendmends to the Constitution of Mongolia, to the Law on political parties and to the Law on elections are scheduled to be discussed.
On the 2nd of October Mongolian parliament will start to discussion on amendments to the Law on dismissal of government member and Law on Amnesty adopted on the occasion of 25th anniversary of the establishment of permanent functioning parliament in Mongolia.
At the opening of the Fall plenary session, the Chairman of the State Great Khural Mr Z.Enkhbold reminded that only one spring session will run before the 2016 parliamentary election, "which means that it will coincide with the election preparation, so this autumn session is to become the most responsible period for all the members the members of the parliament”.
