Bahrain's ambassador to US meets US congressman

Manama, Feb. 11 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain Ambassador to the US Shaikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa met the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs at US House of Representatives Edward Royce. The ambassador hailed the long-standing bilateral relations in various fields, and highlighted the US House of Representatives’ supportive stances towards Bahrain, especially regarding the Iranian interference in the internal affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Ed Royce expressed total rejection of the Iranian interference which is aimed at destabilising the security and stability of Bahrain and other countries in the region. They also reviewed matters of mutual interest.
