HM King congratulates HH Shaikh Nasser on endurance triumph

Manama, July 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today held a phone call with HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and congratulated him on finishing first in Spain’s International Endurance Championship. HM the King praised HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s efforts to enhance Bahrain’s endurance sports in international arenas, including Europe. HH Shaikh Nasser extended deepest thanks and appreciation to HM the King, hailing his care for the Royal Team and keenness on promoting the endurance sport in the Kingdom. HH Shaikh Nasser conveyed congratulations from HM the King to the Royal Team, Jockey Raed Mahmoud, winner of the 160-kilometre race, fourth-placed jockey Mohammed Abdul Samad, trainer Abdulrahman Al Saad, in addition to members of the technical and administrative staff.
