Assistance to disabled children

Astana, December 29, 2009 (Khabar) - Five disabled children of Astana will now be able to pass expensive treatment abroad. Mayor of the capital Imangali Tasmagambetov has handed to the wards of the society of disabled children cash certificates totaling over 8 million tenge. Granting of assistance will help Aidos Sanabekov, Dmitry Osipov, Alinura Saginbekova and others to pass medical treatment abroad. Charity event to benefit children suffering from severe forms of chronic diseases has become a tradition of the New Year ball of the capital.

- I express my sincere gratitude from our family, our sincere thanks to the mayor. I express gratitude from our society children with disabilities. I hope it will give positive results.

The best companies that participated in the New Year decoration of the city have been marked. “Rixos President Astana” hotel won the prizes in nominations “The best lighting design”, “The best decoration of interior” and “Novelty and originality of the festive decoration”. “Milana” House of Flowers and “Keruen” mall also became the winners of this competition.
