Iran Companies Implementing Energy Projects In 40 Countries: Official

Tehran, May 21, IRNA – Deputy Energy Minister Sattar Mahmoudi said Tuesday that Iranian companies are presently carrying out energy-related projects in 40 countries around the world. Mahmoudi made the remarks during the opening ceremony of a national seminar on upgrading domestic capability. He hailed high potentials of Iranian companies in carrying out different projects and said the Iranian construction company MAPNA Group is now the world’s sixth leading power plant general contractor and has turned into a rival for Mitsubishi. The official said these achievements are the outcome of self-esteem and courage of Iranian experts and engineers./end
