Talks Underway In Tehran With Iranian Crude Oil Customers : Oil Minister

Tehran, Aug 29, IRNA – Talks are underway in Tehran with Iranian crude oil customers on the occasion of Summit of Leaders of Non-Aligned Movement, Oil Minister Rostam Ghasemi said on Wednesday. He told reporters that since 50 percent of world oil market is held by the NAM member states, talks are underway with senior officials of these countries. Talking to reporters on the sidelines of the NAM’s foreign ministerial meeting, he added, “We have entered into talks with Iranian oil customers such as India and African states.” Underscoring the significance of NAM in the field of energy market, a number of OPEC members and Iranian crude oil customers are actively taking part in the landmark event. He said that the results of the talks will be perceived after the end of the summit./end
