Critics To Honor Saberi, Davoudnejad

Tehran, Aug 11, IRNA - Iranian director Alireza Davoudnejad and Iraj Saberi will be honored at the Cinematic Critics Celebration. Tributes will be paid to the artists in recognition of their lifetime artistic achievements, wrote Mondayˈs edition of ˈIran Dailyˈ. Davoudnejad was born in 1954 in Tehran, Iran. He is a writer and director, known for ‘Salve’ (2010), ‘Niaz’ (1992) and ‘Sweet Agony’ (2000). Iraj Saberi is among the veteran authors and critics of Iranian cinema. The event is scheduled for August 13, 2014 at Ivan Shams Hall./end
