Azerbaijan Academy of Public Administration, Hungarian National University of Public Service sign MoU

Budapest, October 24, AZERTAC The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Hungarian National University of Public Service have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the fields of continuous training of leading public administration personnel, and implementation of civil servants training strategy. The event participants included Rector of the Academy of Public Administration Urkhan Alakbarov, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Hungary Vilayat Guliyev, Hungarian senior officials, Associate Professor, head of the Department of Scientific Organization of the Academy Rajab Rahimli, and employees of the Azerbaijani Embassy. Following the signing ceremony, Urkhan Alakbarov made a report on "Preparation of Civil Servants for the efficient management and sustainable development: Azerbaijan's experience". He highlighted the history of Azerbaijan, as well as the ongoing political and economic processes in the country. Urkhan Alakbarov also provided an insight into the activity of the Academy of Public Administration. The event also featured a question and answer session.
