Iran-Tunisia Official News Agencies Sign Co-op Letter

Tunis, July 22, IRNA – Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) and Tunisian News Agency (TAP) signed a letter of cooperation to exchange news products and open representative offices in each other’s countries. The document was signed by Iran's Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade Mehdi Gazanfari and his Tunisian counterpart Bashir Zafouri at the end of the 11th joint cooperation committee session. Based on the agreement, the two news agencies will provide news wires in Arabic to each other free-of-charge and support the other news agency’s representative office. The two news agencies will also exchange news stories, photos and videos and hold joint short-term and long-term training courses in intervals./end
