DPRK Students Turn Out in Struggle for National Reunification

Pyongyang, March 26 (KCNA) -- Students in the DPRK are now stirred up over the news that the Korean People's Army staged a large-scale intensive striking drill of long-range artillery pieces aimed at destruction of the Chongwadae and other reactionary ruling machines in Seoul of south Korea, in reaction to its puppet forces' hideous provocation. At the instigation of the U.S. imperialists, the Park Geun Hye group of traitors in south Korea staged a "precision striking drill" aimed to destroy the office of the DPRK supreme leadership on March 21. Such action triggered off the DPRK citizens' towering anger all at once. The recent intensive striking drill of the KPA shows the DPRK people's strong will for retaliation and it serves as an ultimatum to the provokers, Pak Song Chol, chairman of the Kim Il Sung University Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, told KCNA, adding: Many students of the university have volunteered to rejoin or join the KPA. If a military operation to liberate the southern part of Korea is launched, all students will act political activists in south Korea as the university students did during the last Fatherland Liberation War. Pang Sung Son, principal of Pyongyang Secondary School No. 1, contended that if a war to liberate the southern part of the country is unleashed, the U.S. imperialists and the Park Geun Hye group will never go scot-free. -0-
