Iran`s Qalibaf: I will run the country with ‘jihadi spirit’

TEHRAN,June 13(MNA) – Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf promised to run the country with a “jihadi spirit” and has criticized previous governments for lacking such spirit in their management systems. If the oil and gas resources are managed properly, “we can get rid of an oil-reliant economy and build a resistance economy”, the presidential candidate told a group of his supporters in the southwestern city of Ahvaz on Tuesday. He also promised to act on the Supreme Leader’s advice if elected president, adding that the people will not hear him claiming that he did not have “proper legal authority” to run the country efficiently.
