Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestlers claim 9 medals at Golden Grand-Prix tournament

Baku, November 30 AZERTAC Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestlers have grabbed a clutch of 9 medals, including 2 gold medals at the final of the Gold Grand-Prix tournament commemorating national leader Heydar Aliyev in Baku. The gold medals came from Shalva Gadabadze and Sabah Shariati in the 98kg and 130kg weight divisions respectively. Kamran Mammadov weighing in at 66kg, Rustam Aliyev at 71kg and Rafig Huseynov at 80kg gained silver medals, while Eldaniz Azizli at 59kg, Hasan Aliyev at 66kg, Elvin Mursaliyev at 80kg and Islam Abbasov at 85kg took bronze medals of the tournament. Azerbaijan has 21 medals, including 5 gold, 8 silver and 8 bronze medals in the overall medal table.
