TEHRAN, April 22 (MNA) – The Majlis and the administration has agreed that the second phase of the subsidy reform plan be implemented after the ratification of the 416 billion-dollar national budget bill for Iranian calendar year 1391 (started March 20) that was proposed by the administration on February 1, Deputy Majlis Speaker Mohammad Reza Bahonar announced on Saturday.
