Azerbaijan draws $6.7 billion in FDI in 2023

“In 2023, Azerbaijan attracted $6.7 billion in foreign direct investments (FDI),” Director of the Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Samir Nasirov said at the briefing.

Nasirov further detailed, "The top five countries contributing to FDI were the United Kingdom with $1.9 billion, Turkey with $1.3 billion, Cyprus with $792 million, Russia with $617 million, and Iran with $396 million.
