Building of Regional-industry Factories in Full Swing in DPRK

Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- The 124th regiments of the Korean People's Army (KPA) perform feats in the van of the 10-year revolution, true to the Regional Development 20×10 Policy, formulated as a revolutionary line by the Workers' Party of Korea and the state opening up a period of comprehensive socialist development.
The colossal foundation excavation for building regional-industry factories in 20 cities and counties was wrapped up at and the ground concrete tamping is progressing apace thanks to the patriotic passion of KPA officers and men.
The soldier-builders engaged in the construction of regional-industry factories in Songchon County made it possible to expedite the building project by giving precedence to the production of hundreds of thousands of concrete blocks needed for building foodstuff, daily necessities and garment factories while carrying out various tasks including the removal of public buildings.
They removed more than 10 000 cubic meters of earth to finish the foundation excavation in a few days. They continue to make innovations in the ground tamping project.
Soldier-builders in charge of the building project in Kosan County finished the ground tamping project before others by introducing efficient construction equipment and tools.
The KPA officers and men dispatched to Kujang, Kyongsong and Jangphung counties placed concrete mixers close to the construction sites to ensure the supply of mixture and the form assembly in a mobile way.
Those in Unpha, Jaeryong, Usi, Hamju, Kim Hyong Jik, Onchon and other counties are speeding up the construction project amid socialist emulation among sub-units.
All the soldier-builders are vigorously making the first breakthrough in attaining the long-term ten-year goal with ambitious courage and indomitable fighting spirit to surely usher in a new era of regional development through the strict implementation of the Regional Development 20×10 Policy. -0-
