Sci-tech Presentation

Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- The 2024 national sci-tech presentation in the field of underground resources protection took place at Kim Chaek University of Technology in the DPRK from March 26 to 28, under the sponsorship of the Association for the Protection of Underground Resources of the Nature Conservation Union of Korea.
Attending the presentation, held on the theme of "Rational conservation and development of underground resources", were scientists, technicians, teachers, postgraduate students and university students in the field of prospecting and conserving underground resources as well as officials and skilled workers in related sector.
More than 200 valuable papers were presented to it, divided into panels of prospecting technology, application technology and conservation of underground resources and environment.
Highly appreciated there were papers on the prospective evaluation method of nonferrous metal deposit, the study of technology for dressing rare earth minerals, the establishment of graphite separation process, etc. -0-
