Cement Production Goes up

Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers of the Sunchon Cement Complex in the DPRK have renewed the last year's peak production results in succession.
Workers and technicians of the complex are raising the flames of creating new standard and record by attaining their daily production goal under officials' meticulous direction.
Various shops are making collective innovations while boosting the cooperation among shifts and keeping technical control and equipment in good condition.
Units in charge of the supply of raw materials and fuel, too, are striving to ensure the increased production.
The Jikdong Gypsum Mine has increased the production by 1.7 times as against the same period of last year by introducing rational mining methods.
