Sowing in Rice Seedbeds Hastened in DPRK

Pyongyang, April 20 (KCNA) -- Agricultural officials and workers in the DPRK step up the sowing in rice seedbeds.
Officials of the Agricultural Commission and agricultural guidance organs at all levels have conducted on-site political work to inspire the masses to the immediate farming work while carrying on the dynamic farming organization and guidance.
Haeju City and Unchon, Unryul and other counties of South Hwanghae Province are ensuring the speed and quality of sowing, paying attention to the management of seedbeds to suit the growing conditions of rice seedlings.
Agricultural workers in Kangnam and Kangdong counties and Sadong District of Pyongyang are doing their work in a qualitative way.
Successes in sowing have been witnessed in South Hamgyong, North Phyongan and Kangwon provinces and Nampho Municipality, too. -0-
