General Education Institutions in Pyongyang Make Efforts to Raise Quality of Political and Ideological Education

Pyongyang, April 23 (KCNA) -- General education institutions in Pyongyang are raising the quality of political and ideological education.
Teachers of Mirae Primary School in Phyongchon District affiliated to Kim Hyong Jik University of Education developed and introduced enlightening teaching methods conducive to enhancing thinking and expressive faculty of students in close contact with relevant units, and produced and generalized to the whole country over 10 model lecture video clips on political and ideological subjects helpful to raising the students' cognitive power.
Teachers of Tongan Primary School in Central District are producing multimedia programs based on historical materials and realistic contents, and pushing ahead with the development of extracurricular study aid program to help students grasp the contents of relevant subjects in a theoretical way.
Similar successes are witnessed at Taebo Primary School in Pothonggang District, Haeun Senior Middle School in Phyongchon District affiliated to Kim Chol Ju University of Education and Hero Sunan Senior Middle School in Sunan District. -0-
