Ashghal To Sign Nine Contracts For New Projects

Doha, June 12 (QNA) - Public Works Authority (Ashghal) will sign on Wednesday nine contracts for the construction of a number of new projects as part of its strategy to develop infrastructure sectors in the fields of roads, drainage and buildings. Two of these contracts aim at developing Al Huwailah road, leading beautification works at Rayyan road while five of them seek to develop infrastructure networks for services such as sanitation and drainage; including the establishment of dewatering systems in Khartiyat area and pumping station 70. These contracts are meant as well to the implement the drainage network project at Gharafa area and establish the drainage network for Al-Nasiriyah area. While the two contracts for new construction projects are destined to build four school and ten Kindergarten buildings. (QNA)
