BroadSoft Inc Introduces BroadSoft Business

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 9 (Bernama) -- BroadSoft Inc, a global unified communication software as a service (UCaaS) leader, Wednesday introduced BroadSoft Business. It offers businesses a fully integrated portfolio of cloud private branch exchange (PBX), unified communications, team collaboration and contact centre applications. BroadSoft Inc Chief Digital and Marketing Officer Taher Behbehani said the BroadSoft Business aims to address information, messages and notifications from dozens of business applications that do not connect with one another. "It works by integrating multiple core business applications and communications within a single cloud platform, so that individuals, teams and organisations can work smarter," he said in a statement. He also said BroadSoft Business could scale to all market segments, from large enterprises requiring a complete cloud solution for their mobile, multi-site workforce, to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) seeking enterprise-grade cloud capabilities without the cost and complexity of premise systems. It includes three core applications, namely UC-One, Team-One and CC-One, with Broadsoft Hub providing contextual intelligence across the entire platform so users can access the information and apps they need in one place. -- BERNAMA
