Damac Properties To Launch Latest Phase Of 'Damac Towers By Paramount'

KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 (Bernama) -- DAMAC Properties, a developer of luxury real estate in the Middle East, is having the sales launch for the latest phase of the "DAMAC Towers by Paramount" at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Singapore, on May 21-22. The real estate giant has joined forces with Paramount Pictures to bring the US$1 billion five-star hotel to Dubai. Paramount Pictures is a 101-year-old film and television production and distribution studio responsible for iconic films like the Titanic, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, The Godfather and Forrest Gump. "One tower will comprise the Paramount Hotel and Residences, with the remaining three housing the DAMAC Maison, Paramount's co-branded serviced Hotel Residences," DAMAC Properties said in a statement. Each tower stretches over 250 metres. The development, currently under construction, will provide enviable views of the Burj Khalifa and easy access to The Dubai Mall, which attracted more than 65 million visitors in 2012. DAMAC Properties Managing Director Ziad El Chaar said the history, glamour and tradition of the movies would indirectly transcend every element of the design of this project. "We will employ the same, tried and tested production process, pioneered by Paramount Pictures, to direct, design and detail a world-class experience.
