Future economic ties of IRI-Azerbaijan Republic evaluated bright

Baku, March 2, IRNA – In a meeting between Mazandaran Governor General Seyyed Ali-Akbar Tahaˈie and Deputy Agriculture Minister of Azarbaijan Republic Bahram Aliev future of bilateral trade interactions was evaluated as bright and promising. According to IRNA, Deputy Minister Bahram Aliev in the meeting emphasized the need for expanding the two countriesˈ economic relations, announcing Bakuˈs readiness for identifying the fields for economic cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran. He referred to the existing agricultural capabilities in Mazandaran province, asking for exchange of information and frequenting of technician delegations in order to implement the projects in mind. He meanwhile referred to the growth of the animal husbandry and vast pasturelands in Azerbaijan Republic, considering bilateral negotiations in that field necessary, while asking for Islamic Republicˈs investments in animal husbandry in that country. In the meeting the Governor General of Mazandaran province Tahaˈie, too, asked for implementing the reached agreements in agricultural field and development of agriculture industry, considering cooperation with Azerbaijan Republic in this field as fruitful. He added, ˈKeeping in mind the potentials in Mazandaran province in agricultural field, a bright future can be foreseen for the interactions between this province and similar provinces in Azarbaijan Republic.ˈ The governor general of Mazandaran province added that he could see a bright future for the two countriesˈ bilateral interactions in agricultural and animal husbandry fields. Tahaˈie also invited the agriculture minister of Azerbaijan Republic and his deputy to visit Iran and Mazandaran province.
