GCC chambers economic role praised

Manama, July 3 (BNA): Parliament and Shura Council Affairs Minister Ghanim bin Fadhul Al Buainain received the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Supreme Council (SC)'s Advisory Board member Kadhim Al Saeed who introduced to him Abdulrahim Naqi the Secretary-General of the Federation of GCC Chambers (FGCCC). During the meeting, Al Buainain praised the role of the private sector, represented in GCC Chambers of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in boosting and expediting the strides of economic integration between the GCC countries to attain their economic unity. For his side, Naqi expressed his appreciation of the minister, praising the minister's role in achieving Gulf economic unity through his representation of Bahrain in the ministerial committee assigned to follow up the implementation of GCC-SC resolutions.
