Iran Companies Ready To Conduct Technical Projects In Oman

Tehran, Aug 26, IRNA - Chairman of the association of Iranian exporters of technical and engineering services on Monday voiced readiness of the Iranian companies to carry out major technical and engineering projects in Oman. Talking to IRNA, Mohammad-Reza Ansari said Iran-Oman trade transactions stand at $250 million, adding the two sides enjoy great potentials to upgrade the current level. The Iranian companies have conducted several projects in the fields of constructing roads, jetties and power plants as well as infrastructures and industrial facilities in recent years. Pointing to the visit to Iran of Omani Sultan Qaboos as the first foreign guest to meet the new President Hassan Rohani, he said the visit is an indication to Tehran-Muscat amicable relations./end
