LMRA, US Congress discuss cooperation

Manama, Oct. 4 (BNA): Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) CEO Nouf Abdulrahman Jamsheer received US Congress delegation. Jamsheer praised bilateral relations in developing the work environment and exchanging experiences in the field of combating trafficking in persons. The CEO reviewed the legislation, policies and projects implemented by the Kingdom to control and regulate the labor market and create a coherent work environment. She highlighted prominent projects and initiatives taken by the authority in the framework of preserving labor rights, wage protection system and the voluntary insurance system on domestic labor workers.
