Official: Using Iran Experiences Necessary For Processing Afghanistan Mine Products

Mashad, Nov 21, IRNA – Head of west Afghanistan Industry and Mine office said that his country enjoys potential capacities in the field of mine and they should use Iranian experiences and expertise to process mine products. On the sidelines of International Industry and Mine Exhibition in Mashad, Abduljalil Elyaci told IRNA on Tuesday that in Afghanistan and in west part of it (Herat) there are rich mines, which have been discovered in recent years, but they had not have any special processing. He referred to potential and actual capacities of Iran and Khorasan Razavi province in the field of industry and mine, adding that holding the exhibition has prepared an appropriate ground to help people both in Iran and Afghanistan to get to know each other. Elyaci, who is heading an Afghan delegation, called for holding educational seminars and workshops to promote abilities of Afghan activists in the field of mine and industry. 14th international industry exhibition, the 6th international exhibition of metals and the 8th international exhibition on mine and related industries with participation of 267 domestic and foreign companies is held from November 19 to 22, 2012 in Mashad./end
