Qatar's Real Estate Trading in November Exceed QR1.36 billion

Doha, December 20 (QNA) - The real estate trading in Nov. amounted to QR 1,365,402,505, according to an analytical real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice. The bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department showed that 208 real estate deals were registered in Nov., a 24 percent increase compared to Oct. 2022. The municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan and Al Daayen topped the most active transactions in terms of financial value in Nov. 2022, according to the real estate market index, followed by the municipalities of Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Al Shamal, and Al Sheehaniya. The Real estate trading data showed that the real estate sector continued its steady and strong growth in various investment and commercial fields, especially with the issuance of new laws and decisions related to real estate brokerage, real estate registration, ownership and usufruct in addition to the laws that attract domestic and foreign capital. The data also confirm the strength and durability of the foundations of the Qatari economy and the continued growth of the real estate sector as one of its main components. (QNA)
