QSE Listed Companies Reported QR 10.7 Billion Net Profits For Q1 2017

Doha, May 01 (QNA) - With the end of disclosure period for the First quarter of 2017, forty-three listed companies at Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) have disclosed their financial statements results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2017. The combined net profit of all companies as of March 31, 2017 amounted to QR 10.7 Billion versus QR 10.8 Billion for the corresponding period in 2016, a decrease of 1percent, said QSE in a statement today. The statement added that Vodafone Qatar was not included in the announcement of the first quarter financial results due to the fact its financial year starts on April 1 and ends on March 31 of each year, pointing that the financial statements for all listed companies can be found on Qatar Stock Exchange website.
