Wenmax Appointed Malaysian Distributor For Honeywell International

KUALA LUMPUR, July 12 (Bernama) -- T7 Global Bhd’s subsidiary, Wenmax Sdn Bhd, has been appointed the Malaysian distributor for Honeywell International Sdn Bhd. T7 Global Executive Chairman Dr Nik Norzrul Thani N. Hassan Thani said the two-year agreement allows Wenmax to distribute UOP Asia’s products such as catalysts, adsorbents and specialties, gas processing and hydrogen as well as processes, technology and equipment. UOP Asia is a subsidiary of Honeywell International Inc and a leading international supplier and licensor of process technology, catalysts, adsorbents, equipment and consulting services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical and gas processing industries. “The partnership is important for Wenmax to increase our product portfolio and for equipping the company with capabilities to provide customers with end to end solutions from front-end engineering to operations and maintenance services,” said Nik Norzul Thani. He was speaking to reporters after the signing ceremony between T7 Global and Honeywell International Sdn Bhd here, Tuesday. The signing was witnessed by Deputy Prime Minister Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. T7 Global Chief Operating Officer Tan Kay Zhuin said the products would be solely distributed in Malaysia, targeting both upstream and downstream oil and gas players. -- BERNAMA
