Iran-Russia Sign Cinematic Protocol

Moscow, Oct 4, IRNA – Iran's Minister of Culture Mohammad Hosseini and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Medinsky here on Wednesday signed a protocol on cinematic cooperation. The two sides inked the agreement to improve the current bilateral cultural relations. The protocol, which is on filming, directing, screening, writing movies and also other cinema activities, will be valid for four years. Hosseini arrived in Moscow Monday morning on a four-day visit to open Iran's Cultural Week in the Russian capital. Russia is planned to hold its Cultural Week in Tehran next year./end
