MARCH ON WASHINGTON EXHIBIT OPENED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The U.S. Embassy in Ulaanbaatar is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington and the "I Have a Dream" speech by an American civil rights activist Martin Luther King, Jr. To last until December 13, an exhibit showcasing photos of The March on Washington will be displayed at American corner. It also features protest songs, video of the speech, a documentary, The March, and ID cards that ask visitors to imagine that they are a participant of the March. After going through the exhibit, the participant can learn what that marcher is doing in 2013. On November 26, in the framework of exhibit, the American corner hosted "Let's Talk About America" special edition "The March and the Civil Rights Movement" talk given by the PAO.
