Putrajaya Set To Host Southeast Asia's Motoring Carnival

PUTRAJAYA, April 13 (Bernama) -- Putrajaya will be hosting Southeast Asia's biggest lifestyle motoring auto show carnival, Motonation 2017, in December which is expected to drive the interest of 500,000 visitors. To be held at the outdoor space and indoor exhibition hall of the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) here from December 1 to 3, Motonation 2017 will be among others participated by drift, drag and racing activities club members and showcase automobile collection by VIPs and royalty. Speaking to reporters after launching Motonation 2017 at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) here Wednesday, Procara Entertainment Sdn Bhd advisor Nazifuddin Mohd Najib said Motonation 2017 would gather motoring enthusiats and exhibit cars, bikes, parts and accessories as well as support chain in the automative landscape. "Motonation 2017 will also witness a Southeast Asia custom bikes competition which will be participated by participants from Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia," he said. Procara Entertainment executive director Mohd Nazrul Zahri said a total of 350 motoring clubs nationwide such as Proton Waja club, Myvi, Volkswagen and Proton Satria clubs would participate in Motonation 2017. Other activities that will be held during Motonation 2017 include concerts and stage performance, kids go-kart, hot air balloon, drift taxi experience, motorbike stunts, motorcross show and virtual reality experience. -- BERNAMA
