“Letter” republican campaign
Astana, August 22, 2009 (Khabar) - The goal of the “Letter” republican public campaign is to raise quality of considering of citizens’ applications to state structures and annihilating of judicial nihilism. “Karsy” public youth movement will hold poll among population and state employees and create rating of care and openness of state structures.
Arman Nurgazin, chairman of “Karsy” public youth movement:
- We will help state structures and state employees and people. We will increase quality of people’s applications and their considering by state bodies. We will send such letters to all state structures with recommendations. And dishonest structures will receive black letter if they consider applications of citizens with poor quality.
Activists of this movement say their main mission is to observe and consult. An official who will not answer on application in time, will be invited for the Public council on corruption fighting. 5 000 volunteers from youth organizations will take part into this campaign.
