“Nar Tulga” republican campaign
Aktau, January 10, 2009, Khabar – “Nar Tulga” republican campaign started in the republic and it is aimed to develop national patronage of art. People's Democratic Party "Nur Otan". Initiated this campaign. During the year party activists will coordinate and support initiatives of individuals wishing to assist in the implementation of charitable programs and social projects. In Aktau action started in the children's village Shanyrak. Activists of the regional branch of “Nur Otan”, businessmen, representatives of NGOs and youth organizations gathered to discuss how to make philanthropy a need for every successful entrepreneur, how to attract people to this noble cause of art, culture, sports. The idea of this campaign originated in the twelfth extraordinary party congress of the “Nur Otan” party.
Alkazhan Yedilhan, deputy chairman of Mangistau regional branch of "Nur Otan":
- At the congress we were talking about that now issues of charity, reciprocity issues, issues of brotherhood, kindness are ejected. We are now in the regional branch to implement these solutions of our congress, began to pay more attention, more questions began to plan patronage.
Most people help children’s village Shanyrak. People bring food, toys and clothes to the kids. Some residents of Aktau become true friends of children.
Yerbol Aldanbergenov, entrepreneur:

The regional branch of the party already has lists of companies that have traditionally supported the needy.
