“Nur Otan” awarded its activists on the eve of Independence Day

Astana, December 16, 2009 (Khabar) - “Nur Otan” People’s Democratic party honored its activists on the eve of Independence Day. In the central office in Astana, the first deputy chairman of the party Nurlan Nigmatulin on behalf of the President presented state awards to the party members. Representatives of city, district and regional branches who represent different professions, political and public figures, have become owners of the Order Parasat, Kurmet and medals Yeren enbegi ushin. As Nurlan Nigmatulin has noted, Independence Day is a major national event, which is inseparably linked with the personality of President Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the main purpose of the Democratic People’s Party is continuation of implementation of tasks set by the head of state.
