Astana mayor awards on Independence Day

Astana, December 16, 2009 (Khabar) - Astana mayor has handed the state awards on behalf of the President of the country to capital residents. The chief physician of the first city polyclinic Kulzhan Anassova, director of the junior sports school Askar Asaubayev, chief physician of TB dispensary Zhusupova Roza, the artistof State Philharmonic Kaiyrzhan Makan and the orphanage director Victor Chernetsky were awarded with Kurmet order. Doctors, teachers, employees of city enterprises, all those who contributed significantly to the development of the capital also were awarded with medals “Yeren enbegi ushin” and title “Kazahstannyn enbek sinergen kairatkeri”.

Valentina Ryabova, director of the Palace of pupils named after M. Utemissov:
- Of course, I am very pleased that our work is appreciated. And I think we still have many tasks in future in our Kazakhstan, in our beloved homeland. Our children can learn, live and enjoy life. And we are, the teachers of additional education strive to make children of our capital to be the best kids in the world.

- I thank the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the high state award. We are, internationalist- warriors spend a lot of work among young people on the military-patriotic education of the younger generation.
