BACA President praises Bahrain-Saudi longstanding cultural ties

Manama, Sept. 23 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are bound by deep-rooted historical and cultural ties, said Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa. In a statement to Bahrain News Agency (BNA) marking the Saudi National Day, he noted BACA’s efforts to strengthen cultural ties binding the two countries. He extended sincere congratulations and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Saudi leadership and people, hailing historic ties binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He hailed honourable Saudi stands in support of landmark gains and achievements of the GCC member countries, highlighting the annual programme to exechnge writers, thinkers and poets and step up participation in cultural activities.
