Bahrain to host APA's Economic Committee meeting

Manama, Jan. 9 (BNA): On the sidelines of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA)'s meeting, Bahrain's parliamentary delegation has held a meeting to discuss preparations and logistic support to be provided for the Kingdom of Bahrain to host the APA's Economic Committee meeting, scheduled in March 2017. Head of Bahrain's delegation, MP Abbas Madhi, stated that Bahrain to host the APA's Economic Committee meeting indicates its prestigious parliamentary status at the Asian level and the members' confidence in Bahrain to chair the Economic Committee and uncontestably recommended for the APA's Vice President post.
