Bahrain, Indonesia discuss cooperation in tourism

Bali, Sept. 28 (BNA): Minister of Tourism, Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi, held a meeting with Sandiaga Uno, the Indonesian Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, on the sidelines of her participation in the World Tourism Day held in the island of Bali, Indonesia, under the theme "Rethinking Tourism". During the meeting, the two sides reviewed many aspects of joint collaboration, including cooperation in the field of marketing and tourism promotion between the two countries. The meeting also covered discussions on cooperation in the areas of tourism education and training, as well as in the hospitality industry, the sharing of expertise in the tourism industry, and joint participation in domestic and international exhibitions. Minister Al Sairafi expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the hosting of conference, which confirms the Republic of Indonesia's determination to boost collaboration in various tourism sectors across the globe.
