The minister highlighted the Kingdom's achievements in comprehensive government digital transformation, noting the policies and initiatives that have been implemented that include all the services provided to citizens and residents.
In his speech, Al Kaabi explained that Bahrain has developed policies and programs aimed at automating more than 200 additional government services by 2026.
He noted that there are more than 560 government e-services that have been designed to improve operational efficiency, quality, simplification of procedures, and development of services.
The minister said that Bahrain aims to increase national manpower in the information and communications technology sector from 30% to 35% by 2023, stressing that digital transformation is one of the most important pillars of Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030.
