Bahrain to take part in Haj preparatory meetings

Manama, Feb. 19 (BNA): Bahrain's Haj Mission, led by the judge at the Sharia Court of Cassation, Sheikh Adnan bin Abdulla Al-Qattan, will participate in the annual meeting between the senior officials of the Saudi Haj Ministry, and Haj missions.
Al-Qattan is expected to meet the Undersecretary of the Saudi Haj Ministry to discuss the ministry's requirements and preparations for this Year's Haj season.
He will also hold meetings with the relevant service authorities to ensure Bahraini pilgrims receive the best service.
The Bahraini Haj Mission is taking part in the annual meetings at the invitation of Saudi Minister of Haj, Dr. Mohammed Saleh Banten, to discuss the main arrangements and plans put forward by the Saudi Haj Ministry ahead of Haj.
Sheikh Al-Qattan pointed out that the meetings will discuss the obstacles that faced Haj caravans and pilgrims during the previous season, noting that the Bahraini Haj Mission seeks to remove all obstacles and improve the quality of the services provided for Bahraini Haj pilgrims.
He lauded the tremendous efforts exerted by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to serve Haj pilgrims and ensure their comfort and easy Haj rituals.
The Head of the Haj Mission extended sincerest thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for his constant support to the Haj Mission and directives to provide the best services for Bahraini pilgrims.
He also paid tribute to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and Chairman of the High Haj Affairs Committee, Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, for his directives to provide all kinds of support to the mission so as to be able to ensure the comfort of Bahraini pilgrims.
