Bahrain-UAE longstanding relations hailed

Manama, Nov.10 (BNA): Bahrain's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla bin Ali Al Khalifa hailed the success of the joint Bahraini-Emirati anti-terror exercise "Jalmud 3", which was held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in the presence of UAE President His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. In a statement, he said that the joint drill affirms the importance accorded by both leaders to the role of security and stability in serving sustainable development goals and protecting regional stability. "The exercise, conducted by the BDF Royal Guard and the UAE Presidential Guard represents one of the forms of military and security cooperation between the two brotherly countries and reflects their keenness and commitment to support maintain international peace and security", he said. He hailed long-standing historic relations and keenness on further bolstering joint cooperation and coordination and supporting political and economic partnership.
