Bahrain-UAE ties reviewed

Abu Dhabi, Jan. 10 (BNA): The UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Lt. General HH Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, today received in his office, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps to the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Hamad Saqr Al Maawda, who delivered to him a letter from the Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Lt. General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. During the meeting, they reviewed issues of common concern and ways of strengthening the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields while the UAE deputy PM has valued the efforts of the ambassador to consolidate the brotherly bilateral ties and exchanged with him viewpoints on the overall regional and international developments and current events.
