Commander-in-Chief receives US delegation

Manama, Feb. 19 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received today, in the presence of Defence Minister Lt. General Yusef bin Ahmed Al Jalahma and Chief of Staff Lt. General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, a delegation from the United States National Defence University (USNDU) led by General (Ret) Gregory S. Martin. The BDF Commander-in-Chief welcomed the delegation and discussed with them bilateral cooperation and issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by Defence Ministry Undersecretary Major General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, General Command Court Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa'ad, Inspector General Major General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering Rear Admiral Yusef Ahmed Malallah, Military Cooperation Director Rear Admiral Mohammed Hashim Al-Sada, senior BDF officers, the US Ambassador to Bahrain William Roebuck and Commander of the US Fifth Fleet and Naval Forces Central Command Vice Admiral Donegan Kevin.
