Deputy Premier receives Isle of Man Chief Minister

Manama, Oct. 4 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, stressed Bahrain’s investment attractiveness thanks to its qualified competencies, solid organizational and legislative bases and developed infrastructure. This came during a meeting at Gudaibiyah Palace today with Chief Minister of the Isle of Man, Alfred Cannan, on the occasion of his visit to the kingdom. The meeting was attended by Minister of Industry and Commerce, Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure pointed out the kingdom’s approach of attracting capitals so as to promote its standing as a business and services hub in the region and tune up with the long-term policies determined by Bahrain Economic Vision 2030. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa hailed cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Isle of Man, mainly in the commercial, financial and banking fields. For his part, the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man praised Bahrain’s civilizational and urban development, wishing the kingdom further growth and prosperity.
