Dr. Al-Hajraf Condemns Houthi militia’s Continued Targeting of Civilians in Saudi Arabia with booby-trapped Drones

Riyadh, October 28, 2020, SPA -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf condemned the Houthi militia’s continued terrorist acts in a systematic and deliberate manner to target civilian objects and civilians in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by launching booby-trapped drones. He stressed that these attacks that target the Kingdom represent a flagrant violation of international laws and norms, and constitute a threat to the security of the Gulf Cooperation Council states and the security and stability of the region, stressing that the security and stability of the GCC states are indivisible. The Secretary General affirmed the Gulf Cooperation Council's stand by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and support for the measures it takes to preserve its security, stability and the safety of its citizens and expatriates on its lands, calling on the international community to stand firmly against the Houthi militia and those behind it in its continuous attempts to destabilize security and peace in the region. --SPA
