"Malaysian publishers' creative works have the potential to be in the limelight as a global standard content hub," he said in a statement here. Mohd Khusairi was on hand to receive Minister of State, Singapore's Ministry of Information and Communications, Chee Hong Tat when he visited the Malaysian Pavilion on Wednesday. With regards to export trade mission at international level, he said FINAS' role and transformation was on the right track of being recognised as a reputable fast growing film and content organisation at world level. In this year's edition of the ATF, FINAS had also provided a strategic B2B platform for business networking between Malaysian and Chinese companies apart from holding strategic discussions with participating countries such as Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Canada, USA and Australia. Additionally through FINAS mutual cooperation with Creative Content Association Malaysia (CCAM) a total of five projects were selected to represent Malaysia as this year's country of focus namely, 'Sama Laut','Terbalik', 'The Flying Tigers', 'The Wave' and 'Devoted' for the Southeast Asia Financing Project (SAFF).
